Executive MBA
The Executive MBA at EGP-UPBS is a management training programme designed with innovation to respond to the needs of a broad group of managers who intend to reinforce their management skills and knowledge in such a way as to advance their professional careers.
We have designed this course in sequential modules which begin with a homogenisation period, then continue to study the key management tools and proceed to further the essential concepts of business strategy design and implementation, covering the enhancement of knowledge in various operational areas, with the added possibility of focussing on some of those areas. We know that for today’s managers and particularly for those who intend to develop a general management career, mastering skills and abilities related to emotional intelligence, leadership and aspects connected to personal features and dynamics is essential. For that reason, we have designed a set of disciplines and activities specifically on the topic of the managers’ personal development throughout the whole programme. Those who had the opportunity to experience this will verify that the course is designed holistically, allowing students to significantly develop their knowledge.
The programme they will discover has national and foreign teachers of an excellent standard, with advanced management methodologies (in which the connection to the business world is a permanent one) and also the amalgamation with the University of Porto, which, other than guaranteeing the highest academic standards, even allows (those interested) to later progress to obtain a masters degree.
